Registering
Parents can register their child with the club at any time, even if they do not wish to book a place at the club. Once their child is registered, parents can make casual bookings on an ad-hoc basis (via the Arbor App), subject to places being available. In order to book sessions and attend the club, parents must read the Club’s Terms & Conditions and tick the relevant consent on Arbor. This is then valid for the duration of the child’s time at the school. Parents will be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions.
Booking Sessions
Provided that your child is registered, bookings can be made via Arbor for a half-term at a time, subject to availability. Please note that there are two Little Saints’ Clubs on Arbor, one for breakfast and one for after school. Sessions are opened for booking at the end of the prior half-term and are kept open for the duration of the term. Bookings can also be made on a daily/session basis.
Cancelling or Adjusting Sessions
Cancellation of any bookings must be made via the school office either via email or telephone. Where we
are given 48 hours’ notice of a cancellation there will be no charge. Any cancellation with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged at the normal session rate (including cancellations due to illness or absence). If you cancel via email, notice will be taken from the sent date/time of the message.
For clarity, if you wish to cancel a breakfast club session you must give notification by 7.30am two days prior to the booking. Similarly, if you wish to cancel an after school session you must give notification by 3.20pm two days prior to the booking.
If you need to cancel any Little Saints’ Bookings, please email the school office with your child’s full name and class and the sessions you wish to cancel.
Please be reminded that there is very high demand for places and cancelling any unwanted bookings in advance will enable us to make the place available for someone else.

Child Care Vouchers
As a registered childcare provider, we can accept childcare vouchers from a host of providers.
Tax- Free Childcare
Parents can get up to £500 every 3 months (up to £2,000 a year) for each of their children to help with the costs of childcare. In order to receive Tax-Free Childcare, you’ll need to set up an online childcare account for your child. For every £8 you pay into this account, the government will pay £2. Please note that this money can only be used towards the cost of childcare and cannot be used to pay for school meals or trips.
Further information regarding help with childcare costs can be found here https://www.gov.uk/help-with-childcare-costs/childcare-vouchers.
Our registration number is: 107309
Once you have registered for childcare vouchers, your provider will assign you a personal reference number. Please email the school office with your reference to help us match up any payments with your child’s account.
The following schemes are closed to new applicants but may be used if you are already part of a scheme:
- childcare vouchers
- childcare your employer arranges with a provider (known as ‘directly contracted childcare’)
- If you joined one of these schemes on or before 4 October 2018 you might be able to keep getting vouchers or directly contracted childcare as long as:
- your wages were adjusted on or before 4 October 2018
- you stay with the same employer and they continue to run the scheme
- you do not take an unpaid career break of longer than a year.
How much you can take depends on the amount you earn and when you joined the scheme.
You can take up to £55 a week of your wages, which you do not pay tax or National Insurance on.
