Ingleborough Hall Residential Day 5
The last day of our residential certainly didn’t disappoint. The day started with bacon or pancakes with maple syrup to prepare us for the last day’s activity. Gorge scrambling, problem solving and caving were just some of the things we got up to for our final memories of an amazing week. Following lunch there was just time for group photos, presentation of awards and then it was on the coach and home.
What the children have to say:
‘Can I take my stick up with me?’ asked Woody as he prepared to scale the gorge scramble.
What the staff have to say:
‘No, you’ll have to leave it there or it will get homestick!’ replied Mrs Binney (tiredness clearly taking its toll.
A massive thank you to all the children for making this week such a great time. You were an incredible group to take away and it was a privilege to spend the week with you. We hope you have lots of memories that you will take from this week. We are all really proud of you from the staff on the residential.
